Maybe one of the characters reminds you of yourself or someone you know! Maybe the main character is struggling with the same problem you are dealing with in your real life! Making connections to books is very important. It shows you are really understanding what you are reading. Think about the first chapter that you read yesterday in Justin and the Best Biscuits in the World. What connection did you make in the chapter? I have a connection to the book.My connection to the book was when Justin said grandpa's coming.That reminds me of when my grandma said that grandpa's coming i jumped out of my seat and said woohoo because i was so happy! RaShon
ReplyDeleteMy connection to this book is when my mom whent out and by some food.She left me by myself.And I whent out side to play with my freinds.And my mom came back and I was still out side.So she came in and I wasnt there.But she didnt ask me were I was at because she was so tierd from diong alot of stuff.This was impotant to me because she would tell that I cant play outside tomorrow.And I want to read more because mybe we have more in comment.And this book is realy good. ReplyDeleteI came inside late and I had to do all of my chores.I had to help my brother with his room because I did not do the right thing.It just made me mad because I should have listened the first time.He did help me with what I was supposted to do.I had the left out because I didnt do any thing but play outside.If I had to do my moms room I would do It because I need to do my payback.I needed to help with the baby too.Then I need to have punishment.I have the right to take the punishment.

Like when Justin sister Evelyn said to her mom see how he acts mama Evelyn says to her mom. My siter always have to tell on my mom that i hit her and i threw the tras ana i ever did.Every time my mom has to tell me why did i did that but i ever did it.Even when Justin is yust washing the dishes Evelyn always haves to tell her mom that know they well meed to eat sope every day.
